Customer Support response time?

How longs should I expect to wait? A week?

I bought "WinOptimizer 15" and downloaded from Stardoc. It starts in "Trial Mode". Asked Stardoc for my product key, but the auto key server does not have it. Asked both Ashampoo and Stardoc for help. Ashampoo responds immediately (saying to ask Stardoc). Meanwhile it has been 4 days since receiving an auto-reply from Stardoc.

Does anyone know how long I should wait before Stardoc does anything to resolve my issue?

FWIW, my order # is 4117494
