I purchased WinOptimizer 15 but it it not in my download area, the email i received has a download link but when i click it it just takes me to my downloads and its not listed.
Me too madpaddy. I bought WO last night and still nothing in my downloads, as of this morning. Come on Stardock, get you fingers out!

I dont show that either of you purchased under your normal accounts. If you used PayPal, and have another email account for it, that's where it is. You can use this link to get it:

Using that other email. If you need the accounts merged, you will have to create a ticket.
If this is not the case, I need Stardock order numbers in a ticket. sales@stardock.com
Sorry sdRohan, you are absolutely right. I just got a bit upset because I wanted to run some diagnostics last night, and couldn't... I apologise. Also, I thought that I'd been phished or there was some dark forces at work.
I've now added my Stardock account email address () as a secondary email on my PalPal account. Is it possible to take the money now please?

Np... I created a ticket for you and sent the information you should need. Sorry for the delay.
Ive sent a ticket with the order no and my paypal purchase no but had NO reply other than a robot please try this etc.
Ps ive also tried using the Paypal email but it doesnt show up, not much point emailing me a download here link if it doesnt work, i can post the order no etc on here if it will speed things up.
