Purchase not recognised

I purchased Fences about 10 days ago but continue to receive emails that my trial is about to expire. (VERY ANNOYING and worrying given that it took me ages to set up Fences to my liking)  .

Have I missed an email?  Is there something I need to do to stop these reminders arriving?

After purchasing Fences did you enter the product key you received, or activate via your Stardock account?

You will need to uninstall the trial before installing the paid version. Uninstall, reboot, install, reboot. Config to your liking and you are good to go. The trial cannot be activated into the paid version.
