Feature (request): Pick random accent color?

I'm loving this new (few months old though :D) feature in windows. IT picks a random color from the background and use it to "paint" the color of taskbar, frame titles, etc.

I would go crazy for this feature in windowblinds. Please implement it, so the colors will smash our face and diversify our work environment, giving us more happines and COLORS. I'm pretty sure this will boost our work productivity to a significant level! :)

This feature has been there since Windows 8 for the desktop. In Windows 10 this works for the Modern shell too (boot screen, shut down... not sure about login/lock screen). You had to use Decor in Windows 8 for the Modern shell.

It would be difficult to implement this feature in WB because not all skins recolor well. And if you want a "perfect match" it's better to use the settings in WB and do it yourself.

Off Topic: I would like a feature that shows the wallpaper under all transparent parts. A feature that omits anything but the wallpaper from being shown under a transparent window. This would allow for fully transparent themes that were still usable. It's windows shown below other windows that make fully transparent themes annoying.

From a skinning perspective it's sad we don't have more possibilities today than we had ten years ago. It's true for all platforms. I know why this is so, because developers have to work against the tide just to maintain status quo.

Windows Vista introduced "Aero" (transparency, blur and parallax stripes) to the masses and then came nothing.

Skins and themes have to just support this feature, otherwise I think it wouldn't be that hard to implement.

The skinning is very static thing since years as you mentioned, no real development or advancement on this topic.

For now to be honest I just disabped my WB I love this coloring way more than any funky skins on the windows (that actually never work properly nowadays, window frames and win10 just don't like each other I suppose).

This is how I think Windows should look out of the box. Then you set color, transparency, blur, stripe effect to your liking. It would be useful if no windows were shown directly under another window, just the wallpaper. It would also be possible to have opaque windows with any color you like, with or without stripe effect. If/when all windows/programs become transparent I would consider skinning "complete".

I couldn't upload picture so just the link:

Edit: Design can be "modern" and flat as long as it is transparent. Windows doesn't have to look like Vista, a transparent version of Windows 8/10 would be cool too.
