Chrome per application settigns

What advanced features or features disabling should I use as I get the top frame of Chrome broken. It is just white and the buttons _ square x are not visible but still clickable.

I apply the Slinky Modern Chrome Theme in the Settings - Appearance area of Chrome itself and although it always stays the same regardless of what WB skin I apply, it looks just fine.
