Weird display bug while dragging window

Hi, fences won't work properly on my dekstop

I have windows 10 Pro 64bit and this is what happens:

I had a similar issue after installing on my laptop. After restarting the computer it hasn't happened again.

I also have a laptop. but i tried restarting and it didn't help
