Fences just stopped working and when I click on it, I get this message:

This App Won't Run on Your PC

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.

I have windows 10 and fences 3.05.

Is there a new version or something???

That is the latest version.

Hopefully someone will come here with a suggestion.

If not. I would suggest you send in a support ticket. You will receive an auto reply letting you know it was received. Do not send in another ticket as you will be put back on the bottom of the cue.

Hi DaveBax,

Thanks for the link...but for some reason when I tried to put a support ticket in for a fix, I got told I was using a wrong email and/or password.  I have been a member since 2006, bought fences a while ago and bought the windows 10 upgrade. I posted on this forum but I can't put a ticket in...wow.  Now it will not work and if it does not work they should give refunds. Too bad as I really like fences. :'(

Your Stardock account and the support site do not use the same logins.

P.S. I tried another page to register but it says this:

[my email address]  is already subscribed to the news feed.

 

So I put my email address in for "Lost Password" and I get this:

We encountered a problem (unable to find a user account with my email address &%*$#^@yahoo.com)

 

Lol, I am sorry but I am having a problem trying to get Fences support. Could my browser -- Chrome be the problem? 8C  :'(  :(O  o_O

Not seeing an issue with the site.

First try reinstalling and make sure you don't have any AV software running.
