Fences on Windows 10

I have a desktop with Windows 10.   I have used fences on it since v1 and all is very well. (Now upgraded several times)

New laptop (Win10) and I installed a trial of Fences.  Seemed to install well but once on all the icons on the desktop were frozen in position.  I could no longer drag icons into a fence that I created.  In fact I could no longer drag any icon.

Uninstalled Fences drag function returned.

I Installed a copy I still had of Version 1 Fences and that had the same problem so once again I uninstalled. 

Now all is normal again but I cannot have fences on my Laptop (Asus X501U)
