Colony column sort is not persistent

[This is for the 2.3.3 Base game, but I recall the same behavior in 2.5]

In the Govern screen, on the Colonies page you can sort the list of colonies by any of the attributes (columns).  You can view and edit a planet from that page, but when it returns to the page the table is un- (or default-)sorted.  You have to resort and probably scroll to find the next planet of interest. 

The list should retain the selected sort at least so long as the Govern screen is active, and possible for the duration of the game session.

That'd be great, and greater still if the order of selecting colonies using the Planet Previous / Next controls on the colony view screen would follow the list order, too ... so when you double click a colony on the list, you can use the Planet Previous / Next controls to quickly proceed on the sorted Planet list without having to go back out to the list.  If this is done, might want to add to the sorting controls the default Planet Previous / Next controls, which I think is the order they were colonized.  That might not be a bad addition to the list sort options anyway.
