Unable to Install certain Packages

Windows 10 Creators Build IconPackager 10.02

Hello Everyone,

I have had this problem for sometime and with different builds of win10 and different versions of ip.  When I download a ip pack and install it i get and error message for some actually 2/3 of all my packs:  ERROR: No icon package was found in file please try again with a different package.  So in error checking the first thing i did was to see if the icons had been compiled which they all were.  However the next item I checked was the size of the ip files.  I ranked them in explorer descending value and to my surprise the highest pack file size was 71.MB all the way down to 6kb.  So obviously that was one problem with about 10 ip packs showing less than 1000 kb, I even had one pack (celestial II.iptheme from 4/27/2004 with just 6kb.  Then you have several different file extension's with iconpackager.  In my library i have .ip, .iptheme, .  But that wasn't the issue either as there was no pattern to the ones that would install and the file extension.  One pack that won't install is a master pack that I paid 5.99.  Does or has anyone else ever come across this problem?

If it's an .ip file you can just drop it in the iconpackager folder.

C/users/public/public documents/stardock/iconpackager

See if that works.

Edit: You can change the .ip to .zip extract it to a folder and check to see if the icons are in there with an iconpackage file and place that whole folder in the directory stated above.
