windows 10 taskbar will not load if object dock is running...

When I boot up my windows 10 machine, the task bar appears, but as soon as object dock begins to load and run, the windows task bar disappears. If I turn object dock off, the windows 10 task bar reappears. I can toggle back and forth and it still happens. Does anyone know anything about this? It has been happening for two weeks.

Check OD settings and see if "Hide task bar" is checked.
