Fences 2 can't create folder portals

Hello,

I have installed fences 2 on my surface 4 pro + windows 10. When I want to create a fence in the standard way by drawing a rectangle I have the option "create a fence here"

but I don't have the option "create a portal here" and I find no other way of creating a portal. If I drag a folder to the desktop it just creates a shortcut, that's all.

How come and what can I do to solve this ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Are you using Fences 2? Please provide with more details.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Fences Version.

3) More Details explanation on your issues.

Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.648)

Fences 2.13

Basically i want to 'create folder portal'. But when i drag the cursor to create a fence on my surface tablet, i only get the 'Create Fence here' option.

 

When i drag the cursor to create a fence on my desktop, then i also get 'Create Folder Portal here' . I need this on my Surface too.

Hi.. it works with the version 3. As i already have a product key, do i just install version 3 and use the same product key? i tried to activate the trial with the product key and it did not work. If i need to follow another link to install the right version, please share that link.
