cursorfx works now in windows 10 with latest cumulative update from microsoft - seems ok in edge now

Hi - I just installed the latest update from Microsoft through windows updates and found that cursorfx seems to work properly in EDGE browser, with my custom mouse pointer!

hooray - no more CTRL-Shift-C for me!
