Does themexp.org have any statement requiring that uploads be the uploader's original work? There is something here in the "about" section, but I don't recall seeing anything on themexp's site. Might be a good idea for sites to display that sort of notice when people go to upload to the site. Some people really aren't aware that they aren't supposed to upload other's work. Not that it would stop everyone, but at least sites could make such a notice quite clear when someone uploads something. Does WC display such a notice here when someone uploads something? (Not having tried to do so myself, obviously.)
