Misplaced Icon

On an attempt to set a second desktop bunch of fences I dragged a shortcut icon to the desired page but it got lost. I made a new Fence and managed to drag it to the desired new page. On the way, I notice the lost Icon between both pages, the present and the new one. I cannot access the Icon that can be seen only between the pages. Is there a way to access it, delete it, copy, move or whatever?
