HELP I CAN'T UNINSTALL

i was using the trial for fences, because i was unsure of if i wanted it forever. the trial ran out, and i decided i dont want fences. i have tried so many things to uninstall. i have downloaded a specific tool for uninstalling programs, from iobit.
please help
I play games, watch movies and do normal things. but i keep getting notifications of "UPGRADE FENCES TO PREMIUM PLS" which tabs me out of whatever im doing and just generally interups me. but i dont want premium at all. I WANT OUT. i almost want to use profanity here!
