Windows 10 build 16232.1000 (Slow Insider Build) & Chrome Skinning

I couldn't figure our why Chrome would not start AT ALL (process suspended in process monitor) after upgrading to build 16232.1000, which is the Fall Creators Update preview.... finally, after a good amount of coffee, I figured out that it was Windowblinds that was the cause. Solution: exclude chrome.exe from skinning, and voila! Chrome starts up just fine....

I'll be awaiting the next bugfix release that will fix this. ;-)

I just thought I would post this in case anyone is racking their brain why Chrome isn't launching. :P

Not just Chrome but the taskbar itself for any theme I try will not render completely.  There are definitely some changes in Windows with this.  I noticed a "People" button on the right side of the taskbar that wasn't there before this build.

I had to revert to default skin for the time being.
