Keep Getting Update Notifications Even Though My Version is up to Date

Every few days, the notification window saying there is an update to Fences shows up.  When I use the 'Check for updates' button on the About screen, it says my version is up to date.  Is there a way to fix this?  I like being notified of updates (so I would rather not disable the check), but I would like it to only show up when there is actually an update.

The About screen says I have version 3.0.5.12.  Unfortunately, the notification window does not show the version number that it has found.

Note that Stardock is closed this week for summer vacation.
