Crusade - Support ships incorrectly appears in front in Battle Viewer

The Battle Viewer displays Support (and Guardian) ships in the front of my fleet, when they should be shown at the back, behind the Capital and Escort ships. It is my understanding the Support ships always start positioned at the back of the fleet when the game evaluates a battle. When the Battle Viewer renders the battle, it looks like the enemy fleet is completely ignoring all the Support and Guardian ships at the front, when in fact, they aren't really there at all.
