My two fences just vanished

I definitely did use them earlier today, but noticed they are missing a few minutes ago. They were some roll-down types in the corner of my monitor.

I still have a couple other desktop icons so this isn't the double-click-to-hide thing, which still works btw.

The contents of  the fences still exist, I can see them by viewing my desktop from explorer. Rebooting PC did nothing.

edit: when I disable roll-up, the fences appear. Re-enabling, they disappear again. Could they somehow been placed off-screen somehow? How do I fix this?

edit 2: Correct, upon checking my daily screenshots, I see they've somehow been moved to the far low corner of my second monitor. No idea how. Now I need to retrieve them somehow.
