Fences 3 update and 95% of my desktop icons, AND files are gone.

Any ideas. File manger shows nothing in desktop, I need these files.

Did the reboot and all fences were empty, and no files exist on the system.

Were your fences normal or portals?

Have you enabled the Pages feature?  (Can you disable it?)

You say that 95% of your icons on the desktop are gone but also state that file manager (Windows Explorer?) show no shortcuts.  Can you elaborate?  Perhaps post screenshots somewhere and link them here?

In short, Fences doesn't do anything with files, it displays them in more efficient ways.  If the icons are gone (deleted) then it's not Fences.  If they are not visible, then that might be Fences.
