Error Code: -205?

Whenever I try to activate Fences with my product key, It says "Unable to activate Fences. Please try again or contact support. (Error code: -205)" and I'm unable to do anything about it, I've deleted it and downloaded it again but the error is still there. Help would be very appreciated!
