Title Position

Top or Bottom

Suddenly, 2 of my Fences have repositioned the title at the bottom of the Fence.  I have seen an option to place it at the top or bottom, but cannot find this switch any longer.  Can someone direct me to it.

 

Also, a Fence is bunching all the icons at the top and will not reposition them when I resize the shape of the Fence.  Any ideas on how to get them to behave?

The title will move to the bottom of a fence if the fence is near the top of the monitor.  There is no option to set it where to go.

I am not sure I understand your second issue.  Can you post a screenshot on the web and link to it here?
