Icons jumping out of fences

Whenever I empty my recycle bin its icon jumps out of the fence it is in onto the main part of the desktop. Really annoying.

I have a slightly same issue. When I click on an item in the fence to open that item the icon jumps out to the main part of the desktop. Windows 10 64 bit, Fences Version 3.0.4.12
