I was having lots of problems with Windowblinds 10.5 every time I installed it my computer crashed I did e-mail stardock and had a reply from Sean Drohan

Support Manager but what he asked me to do  did not work.

I have now gone back to windows 8.1 for the time being.

I have e-mailed stardock so many times this has been going on since April 2017.

My last e-mail was will windowblinds 10.6 work with windows 10.

Perhaps is it because I am just a number and I am very  disappointed not to get a reply back from stardock.

Why would you name this thread "Mick"? Has nothing to do with your problem. Just so you know, Windowblinds 10.62 (the latest) runs perfectly on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.

You do need to uninstall the previous version of Windowblinds, and then reboot, before you install a newer version, in case that factors in here.

While this is true. The latest versions of WindowBlinds forces you to uninstall first. It will not install otherwise.

Thanks for letting me know that windowblinds 10.62 runs OK. on Windows 10 thats all I wanted to know.

I was just disappointed that I had no reply after sending 5 e-mails.

 The  name this thread "Mick"? was done in error.

Each subsequent email resets your location in the response queue.

It's therefore essential that you only send one email and then await Support's reply.

A subsequent email prior to a response resets your timing to that email, not the first one....:)
