No access to Windows10 folder/menu

no access to Windows10 menu from the Start10 window (after clicking the Windows key or using Windows key on keyboard), going to all programmes list I can't open the universal application folder, under Start10 settings if I add Universal Applications to the Start Menu (display as a menu) this says it's empty?

Partly solved, found an option to 'recreate pinned shortcut to Windows10 menu' still no access to universal applications from all programmes and the start menu link is still showing empty.

Had you manually deleted the Windows 10 shortcut?

Regarding the other issue, make sure you have not told Start10 not to show Universal applications.  This is a setting accessible from the Desktop settings page in Start10 configuration.  Press the advanced button and ensure "Hide Universal applications from the Windows 7 style menu" is not selected.
