Since I upgraded to W10, my startmenu is filled with entries beginning with "AAA" in the start menu. For example, if I type resolution in the seach menu of the start bar I usually see "Change resolution. blablalba...." now this is what I see.
What version and build of Windows are you using?

Windows 10 Home 64bit Build 15063.296 with Start10 1.55 . also forgot to mention that reinstalling doesn't help
If you right click on one of those and select properties where does it tell you the file is located?
I typed admin, it shows "Classic_{d20ea4e1-3957-11d2-a40b-0c5020524153}" (Administrative tools), the location is
C:\Users\Skodd\AppData\Local\Packages\windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Indexed\Settings\en-US
