Rollup should not be hidden under other windows

When a rolled up fence is triggered to display, it would be really, really nice to have the option that it appear over the top of any current windows on the screen.  Any way to do this?

That feature is not available.  We will keep it in mind for future releases.

Thanks.  I guess I should have explained why this option is desirable.  I put my roll-up/-down fences on the border of my screen hoping that, since I don't size my windows to cover the title bars, I could just expand them to run whatever program I wish that is contained within that fence.  But more often then not, when the fence expands it is covered by a pre-existing window and I can not select the icon for the program that I wish to run.

I would imagine the only way to do that would be to have the Fences permanently 'on top' as it is about what is called 'z-order' where 'focus' [to be on top] is given to the item which is clicked on by the user....the principal part of what makes 'Windows'.....Windows...;)
