How to find old layouts

tons of old windows installs

I have a Frankenstein computer layout.  I keep all my Utilities on my Utilities drive & have 2 installs of Fences ( please don't ask) but can't find my old layouts or snapshots.  I just installed a new hard drive with Windows , but also had backed up the old drive with a good layout.  Last bit of info to help is I did searches & most suggested going to Users - App Data, but for some reason Windows doesn't like to back up hidden files ie App Data. Any suggestions would be helpful & yes I am a  66 yr old geek who can do cross drive searches etc. Thanks for any ideas.  Ultimately I can just start over.

The Fences layouts are located in this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups

I'm not sure how or what you backed up, but if they were saved they would be there.

I was talking about the daily snapshot which thanks to you I found both ( I set up 2 user accounts in Win10) So how would I move an older snapshot to load in the current user? Just in case the question is not clear - the current user doesn't show any daily snapshot yet the other user account shows the one I want. While Fences is awesome & unique it would be nice to have an option to import an older snapshot . Or a user could have 2 or 3 different layouts ie like virtual desktops .

Since you're going between users you would need to copy the files from the first user to another directory that both users can access (e.g., make a new directory c:\0Temp), then go into the other user and copy them over to that user's folder shown above.  Then use the restore function shown here:
