Encryption Grayed out

I had Multiplicity working fine in demo mode. I purchased a key for Multiplicity KM which does not support encryption. However it keeps telling me my encryption setting is wrong and now it won't connect. Encryption Grayed out. Tried reinstalling but no dice.

Contact Support and they should be able to help you remove all previous settings and get you working again.

Thanks for replying ZubaZ. I submitted a ticket 6 days ago (Tuesday). Have not heard back other than the automated confirmation email. I really like the app but if I don't get this figured out soon, I will have to move on to another program and ask for a refund.

Got the email an hour ago. They want me to re-activate my license. I had tried de-activating and uninstalling as part of the troubleshooting process. I will reinstall and try again in about an hour. Thanks ZubsZ. You have been most helpful. :)
