Start10 1.55 too retarded start

I have forced to revert back to 1.53 because with 1.55 start10 take long time to start and replace windows 10 menu. After about 15/20 seconds only windows 10 menu are visible, and sometimes take much long time to start. I have reinstalled my system recently with latest creators update and i have the same issue. Have you noticed this strange behavior? I'ts very annoying.

That is most odd as the two should start up the same way.

Could you both contact support so they can look into what the problem is please :
