How about Stardock create an uninstaller tool for it's software so we don't have to go through this hassle and send you error logs.

Since a recent Microsoft Update I started getting "Fences has stopped Working" error messages on my desktop. When I right click in my created fences on the desktop I again get "Fences settings has stopped working" message. It's unlocked in View and also tried uninstalling/reinstalling, tried the safe mode to remove the folders which worked but as usual I'd boot and no icons sometimes, other times they appear. Error messages show up after about 15 minutes. I did disable Microsoft error messages in Services which seems to have worked for now.  How about Stardock create an uninstaller tool for it's software so we don't have to go through this hassle and send you error logs.

Stardock software already comes with an uninstaller.  It will be listed under Add/Remove programs as all uninstallers should be.

Be aware that if you are using Fences 1.x/2.x on Windows 10 Creators edition it may have problems due to OS changes.  You would need to upgrade to Fences 3.04 or later to have support for that version of Windows 10.

Built in uninstaller didn't work. I've had Fences for years and no problems until now, what a mess. Had to recover my is from image file.

Please contact support if you are having issues with the software.  They have tools that can address stubborn uninstallers or operating systems.
