Hello! I wanted to buy a license for Start 8 and pay it with a virtual Mastercard from Yandex.Money service ...

I tried to pay for the product 3 times and wrote to me that something does not work out, but why did I write off all the funds 3 times in the amount of 2, 2, 2 $!?

In the end, after I tried to pay 3 times and was without success, I checked the purse and saw the written-off funds.

Then after that 3 sums simply just hang for 2 days from May 15 in the expectation of some confirmation from the bank and neither does it move anything here.

Why when paying me it was written that they can not pay but the means were written off !?

So it should be or should you just wait?

The store used to put a temporary hold on money during the order process.  This would be released automatically after a few days depending on how your bank does these things.  If your orders are failing for some reason then you could end up with multiple ones all waiting to time out.  It should be noted that you lose no money from this as it will be released.

I believe the store had an update last week which means it no longer does even this and only places a hold when an order is queued for manual fraud checks. 

Unfortunately I suspect the reason for your orders not going through is the use of your virtual Mastercard.  Do you have a normal one issued from a standard bank or a paypal account?
