Activation Issue

I'm trying to activate my copy of Fences, but I keep getting the message that says, "There was a problem connecting to the activation server. Check your connection to the Internet and try again or proceed with an offline activation."

I tried the offline activation method and got this message instead: "This account does not have any valid registrations for this products. (1008)"

I had been using the trial version the past 2 weeks and liked the software so I purchased it. Please look into this, thanks.

You can wait a bit and see if you get a response on this thread.

If not 

 

I would suggest you send in a support ticket. You will receive an auto reply letting you know it was received. Do not send in another ticket as you will be put back on the bottom of the cue.

We had some server issues earlier today but they should be resolved now.
