Crusades - Coordination centres?

Hi,

Are coordination centres another item that have been removed form Crusades?

I've just researched Research Coordination in the Terran tree and Coordination centres haven't appeared as possible - nor have orbital institutes. So it this a tool tip issue or a bug?

Same use. In fact the omega centre from the same tech never became available either. I'm not sure what half the research focused techs actually do anymore...
