Menu Text is huge

from Stardock Forums

using Start 10  v1.53 and

the menu text is huge, it so large that if I switch to the Modern Style the Search box is half covered

I am using small icons, how can I change the text size

migrated software to an ssd, and I don't know what happened but the text went back to normal size.
