are you saying that your skin is not showing after you submitted it?  If so, it goes through moderation and wont show in the gallery until its been approved by a moderator.

If you want to edit the screen shot AFTER you have uploaded the skin, just hit the edit button that is beneath and to the right of the screenshot.......

 Greetings,

Now it DOES show my original screenshot.  I DID try the edit and uploaded a new screenshot but it does not show the new one or any screenshot at all when I do that.

I guess I am stuck with the original shot.

Thank your for your kind responses,

glenda

 Wait a Minute!

I just refreshed! and the NEW screenshot is there. So I guess one must wait a bit for changes to be seen.  YAY!

As was stated, whenever a skin is updated it goes back into moderation and won't be visible until made public.

And, I would add, that it has been my experience that you should name the updated screenshot differently. Otherwise, in my experience, the original will remain.

Jim I have never had that problem and know Lightstar uploads revised skins all the time.

As long as you check the place that says Updated there is no problem. One must check that box.

But I don't think he changes the preview image often. Anyway, been a long time since I uploaded. But I remember if the updated preview was named the same, it would not take. Had to be named differently. The preview, not the skin.

As example. If the original preview was MatroX DX.jpg, and I changed it to an updated image, I had to name said image something like Matrox DX 2.jpg, or the like. Otherwise it wouldn't change.

YMMV.

There should not be any issues with file names when updating a screenshot.

You should not change the upload file names, but that is more for Master skin uploads.

It must have been fixed. It was the norm, back in my day.

Have you looked in the mirror lately. You will realize how old you actually are and how much time as passed since you had the problem.

Thanks to you great and gracious people!

I now understand that my upload was in moderation, and then I got an email that it was rejected because the dimensions of my screenshot were too small.

I fixed the problem and uploaded again.  Once approved the link will be:
