It can not be used in Windows 10 new update.

I was a Fence 2 user before.
After the Windows Creator Update (Redstone 2) in April, the fence did not work
I found out that I bought a fence 3 that supports high resolution.
However, I installed it but it does not work normally.

I am not sure why, but I got the same dialog box and I re-installed it. Now my fences won't 'roll-up' and I don't see an option to make it work. However, I am grateful for the Screenshot function, because it took all of my icons and moved them back to the original containers.

I will wait for the moment - I already just spent about an hour trying to figure out the problem.

edit: I think I need to say what I was doing when this happened. I noticed my 'main' hard drive was getting full and I went to find out the large files. Turns out I had about 4.5 gb worth of installers from Nvidia - after a search online said it was fine to delete this - I did. I then ran CCleaner like I did every other day or three. By chance, I had just uninstalled OneDrive app only to re-up it so that I could change drives from my C: to another partition on another drive worth about 3 gb.

After the CCleaner though - that is when my fences stopped and I had to re-download it and install it. I used the 'snapshot' feature and all was returned where it should be (mostly), but it no longer rolls up.

you might have the "lock fences" setting on.

If so unlock it, activate the roll up, then lock fences.
