How to change the wallpaper

Hi all,

I activate Fences 2.0 on my Windows 7, I can change the color of fences, but not the background which is purely black. I tried several ways but failed, anyone show me how to change my wallpaer, either its color, with a picture or with a theme, etc., thanks.

Your desktop wallpaper is changed in the usual way.  Fences does not override your OS wallpaper.

So on Windows 7 just right click on the desktop, click personalise and then click wallpapers and pick one.
