Is stardock support active? No response to support tickets or emails.

I have an open ticket that's 3 days old and is showing "unassigned" with no response.   The ticket is for licenses that are not registering for my account and the trials are about to expire.   What do I need to do to get a response?  I've also sent emails.

I'll let support know, but please keep in mind if you respond to your ticket it will put it back to the end of the line.
