Taskbar Will not change

Downloaded the trial to test it out as I am interested in possibly purchasing it however all the styles I apply none of them will overwrite my taskbar, as it just appears black. I did read the Black UI post and no this is not a pirated copy I literally just downloaded the trial. Win 10 pro 64bit and the latest 10.5 win blinds. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I would recommend contacting formal support (https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) so they can collect additional information as it looks like much of the taskbar skinning is working, but for some reason not the background of the taskbar.

I assume you do not have anything running which is designed to customize the taskbar itself as that could be interfering with WindowBlinds.

Actually that's not true.  Start10 has features to customize the taskbar, but WindowBlinds will customize the Windows 10 taskbar all on its own.

did the problem get fixed?

 

because of a sudden I have this problem.

 

for me it was classic shell causing it.

uninstalling it fixed it. 

 

but it was working fine with it before.....
