Adobe Reader DC blocks docks
docks on left, right or top are not activated when Adobe Reader DC is active

When Adobe Reader DC is active and its window is maximized, my docks on left, right or top are not activated. Even if I unmaximize and resize window to occupy almost the entire screen, it does not activate my docks, it just shows the "Resize arrows" for Adobe. I have to leave a pretty big empty space in order to activate the docks. Doesn't happen in any other apps that I use.
Anyone have any ideas?
