Bug (Fences 3.0.3) Middle Mouse+Drag will not switch desktop pages if the cursor is hovering over a folder portal

There seems to be a bug with folder portals where if the mouse cursor is hovering over a portal pressing middle mouse and dragging the cursor will not switch desktop pages however doing this same gesture while the cursor is hovering over a normal fence will work properly
