Folder Portal not work properly

I'm using Windows 10 (Insider Preview Enterprise build 15031). When I try to use the F.P. feauture, it shows a window like this:

But I can use it normal except a problem:

As you can see, there're no preview images in the Portal. But those files are videos and they all have images in the File Explorer like the one below:

Any solutions for this problem?

We've opened a case with Microsoft.

If you search for "Fences" in the Feedback Hub on Win10 Insider you will find siomilar cases.  Let them know.
