Not functioning correctly.'Activation error'

Hello, I need someone to help me.

Desktop Objects had functioned correctly until a few days ago. Recently, the license for Stardock Objects had expired, but after this same license was renewed.  Some Stardock Object functions have not returned to working order. 

 

Symptoms...

My first problem...  "configure Stardock Tiles.." does not startup, though the Tiles side-bar is working. Tiles had been uninstalled and installed, but this had not helped.

My second problem...  Some desktop menus do not snap to edges correctly. The desktop looks like a mess when multiple objects are open.


 There was no issues until the licence renewal. Could another program be in conflict with Desktop Objects to cause these issues? I need help.


(My computer is Windows 7 64-bit, intel i7)

Alright, just received an 'activation error (stage 1)' from Soundpackager... this explains a lot. 'Everything in 'Object Desktop Manager' has this same activation error, even though the product Key is valid.'

 

So how can this be fixed? Is the Stardock server down, blocked, how can I find out?

I have opened up a ticket, but was asked record the problem... I haven't done this yet, so does anyone have any safe suggestions on what to get to record my actions on the Desktop?

Activation issues are the domain of Stardock Support; there is nothing any forum users can do to be of help.  Be patient, they will get the issue sorted for you.  They always make sure their customers get what they pay for.
