Hello, I use Fences on my Surface Pro 4 and it's amazing.
Yesterday I was installed Fences 3.03 on my computer with win 7 x64.
It works but the buttons for Enter Product Key or Start 30 Day Trial don't work. I can only click on the "purchase Prodct Key".
Can someone tell me ?
Have you tried moving the window elsewhere on the screen? Perhaps some hidden window is blocking the buttons?
Thanks for your answer. I'have tried to move the window on my second screen but nothing happen.
I have the same problem. Even after uninstalling the older version and reinstall V3 nothing happens when I click on the button to enter the product key.
So this software is useless. If I'd known that before I wouldn't had done the update from V2.
I am bumping this thread up.
I am on win 7 x64, too. My products won't activate since the newest update, and I wonder if this is related.

Larrycroft, can you take a screenshot of the error message. I want to see we have similar problems.
It's Ok for me, the customer care told me to try to activate using the command prompt following this link :
