Can Recent Programs be cleared from Start 10 menu?

After S10 installation a number of never-before-used W10 programs are listed

from Stardock Forums

I just installed Start 10 on a new W10 laptop and the Recent Programs list is pre-populated with programs I haven't used yet.  I cannot figure out a way to clear it. I do not want to disable the recent programs feature; I just want to clear the list.

Right click on them and choose 'Remove from this list'

Thank you for replying, fictitiousfellow. I was hoping there's a way to clear the entire in list at once instead of manually deleting each item.
