Fences License Expired (over & over & over & ...)

For about a week now when I start my laptop with Win 8.1 on it the little Fences window pops up and tells me my license has expired.  If I enter my info it says thank you, etc..  But then the very next time that I do anything Fences-related the 'Fences expired' window pops up.  It does not matter if I enter my info or just close that window, each and every time that I do anything Fences-related the window is back.  I also cannot add anything to my Fences because the window pops back up about it being expired.  (I can delete though...)

None of this applies to my laptop running Win 10.  That is working perfect, along with my Win 7 laptop.

Any ideas?

Describe the problem, and add the url of this thread. You can add a screenie if there's an error code (or just quote it).

Keep the auto-reply for the ticket number and edit your OP to include it. Don't answer it...or you'll end up at the end of the queue. 

You might not get an answer until Monday or Tuesday depending on the workload... Support works M-F, 9-5 Eastern Time (US)...but, there's a chance the thread will be seen by a Support person.
