"Enter Product Key" button does nothing...

I am trying to activate 2 different products (Deskscapes and Fences 3)

For both products, the screen looks the same, 3 blue buttons ("Enter Product Key", "Purchase Product Key", "Start 30 Day Trial"), the first button, Enter Product Key does LITERALLY nothing. The second button will attempt to load a webpage in the tiny little dialog box which doesn't seem right either. This product appears to be completely broken. How do I enter the product keys I paid for and get the product that I paid for working?

Firstly, if you look at the top of the forums you will see: Stardock Closed for the Holidays (Read More) link ...
