Stardock is closed until January 2nd.  I would email sales@stardock.com in the meantime with the details of your purchase just to get a little ahead of the game.  They'll get it sorted out for you once they are back.  Be patient as best you can.

Go to the link below and sign in with the credentials you ordered under.  Then go to the My Downloads link near the upper right.

Your software and key should be there.

If the order is being held for fraud check you will have to wait until someone from Stardock can push it through.

I already did all of that and didn't receive any response i thins as Daiwa said Stardock is closed until January 2nd. thanks all for help
